BYOB Chinese Restaurant on SE 82nd Street in Portland is probably one of the most amazing things ever. Bottles of champagne, prosecco, wine, and beer made their rounds. Fourteen people ate more food than they knew what to do with for $13/each. It was… ridiculous and oh-so-very-amazing.
