the balancing sequences are some of my favorite and yes, I'm good at it!! :P

Dancer is my favorite!! tree pose probably comes in a close second. But I love the openness and gracefulness of dancer.

Beautiful words. This post was you in dancer pose.

I needed to read this -- right now, right here, right in this space I'm in. Thank you for teaching me about myself...thank you for opening up. I love you.

You are such a lovely, admirable human being. I adore you, and I love how you speak of the different poses. Dancer is my favourite. At first I struggled a bit with figuring out where my center of balance should be in the pose, but since figuring it out, it is a pose that I really ACCOMPLISHED, and truly do feel so open in.

If you ever get your cute self up to Vancouver, we'll dance through the streets together, promise.

I'm the same way with Tree Pose! I was a dancer, for many years, so that pose is familar and comfortable to me. However, ironically, I also struggle with Dancer Pose; I think mainly from having the foot pulled back so high. It's such a delicate balance with more of your weight pulling forwards from leaning over and having to keep your foot up behind you.

I love dancing, but balancing during yoga? I'm likely to take out a whole room, like dominos. I'm totally not graceful in some ways, and I really enjoy that about myself lol

Aw. I love the image of you dancing on the street in the sunshine. You are inspiring, even without the dancer pose.
