Remember how I thrive on being busy? Well, I just added the icing to the cake that is my life lately.
Last week, I accepted the Publisher Services Manager position at Lijit Networks here in Boulder. Yesterday was my first day.
It felt like the evolution of what started as an introduction and networking opportunity back in December, grew through some conversations earlier this month, and materialized into a completely exciting (and serendipitously fantastic) relationship.
I’m honored to be working alongside some of this city’s finest including directly with my big-hearted (small-handed) friend, unofficial Boulder welcoming committee, and fellow blogger Grace Boyle, among many other brilliant minds and fun-loving spirits.
Everything feels like a seamless fit, from the job description (“we need someone who gets/loves blogging, preferably with a media buying/ad sales background“- umm, RIGHT?) to the office environment, to the innovative and creatively brilliant minds that I’ll get to learn from and work with.
It is a massive understatement to say that I’m excited.
I jumped right into Boulder’s tech scene the second I got here, and am thrilled to now be officially in on the start-up scene (though, being the city’s newest event-attender and party-crasher has been oodles of fun, too).
Today’s Day 2 of many, and is just one more thing nailing down the fact that I really, actually LIVE here. Work here. Play here.
Awesome.

Ha, I love the title of this post almost as much as I love your good news. But, since we've already discussed the good news, I'll repeat that I fucking love this title
Thank you! I'm so excited I can't stand it!
