My mind is mush, so I leave you with the random things I’ve thought and done today:
- Experimental cooking – I’m moving in about 10 days, so I’m refusing to grocery shop and instead and making meals out of whatever I have left in the fridge, freezer, and cupboards. Today I did garlic+chili spiced green beans (I read that somewhere recently… who did that?), with pan-sauteed chicken over [minute] rice [in a bag] and mushroom sauce (that came in a little packet). It was actually pretty delicious.
- I love The Office. I’m way behind (like I’ve seen the first two seasons), but Jim is so adorable.
- Jon Stewart, will you marry me?
- Paul Simon is on The Colbert Report tonight.
- Anonymity is worth more than gold to a blogger that wishes to be anonymous.
- I’m seeing Twilight previews everywhere, and I REALLY want to jump on that bandwagon and read the books soon!
- I’m more than excited for Thanksgiving next week.
- I’m totally stressed out about moving and packing and painting and cleaning.
- When in doubt, watch the Food Network.
