I mentioned when I set my “agenda” upon launching this blog that my areas of expertise (ok, unbridled passion) are mostly Social Media and Pop Culture. I forgot to mention that I’m also obsessed with food and wine and local eateries and will absolutely discuss that here as well.
That being said, my first foodie file will be about my latest obsession: The Juicy Lucy Burger.
The picture happens to be of the one at the place I’m headed to tonight!
As you can see from the copy on the image (“Accept no imitations!”), we have a number of restaurants here in the TC that vy for the title of the “best” or the “original” Juicy. I’m making it a point to try every single one of them (along with my fun and fearless burger-connoisseur friend, Paul, who has agreed to join me on this quest).
So far, accomplished pubs have included: The Nook (Highland Park, St. Paul) and Matt’s Bar (south Minneapolis).
